★【Softbnk agrees on purchase of Sprint】
Softbank Corp. which Japan's the third largest mobile phone carrier made an agreement  with Sprint Nextel Corp. on October 15.
  【ソフトバンクがスプリントと買収合意】
10月15日、日本で3番目に大きい携帯会社であるソフトバンクがスプリント・ネクステルと協定を結んだ。

★Summary
Softbank Corp. purchased Sprint Nextel Corp. which is the third largest U.S. cellphone firm. Softbank will pay $20.1, about ¥1.57 trillion, to acquire a 70% stake of Sprint Nextel Corporation. Consequently, both corporation boast 90 million mobile phone subscriptions in the world. This deal has some advantages. The move boosts infrastructure for the high-speed data communications using Long Term Evolution network service, and the deal will help Softbank's operations in the United States after handset shipments tumbled 27% in Japan over the past 5 years.

★Reflection
Masayoshi Son, who is CEO of Softbank, is famous. Because his follower is No.1 on twitter in Japan, and he often tries to comply with the demands of the contractors. I'm interested in his activity.
